The Maui Sharks welcomes you to a two-week trial to see if we are the team for you.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Birth Certificate
- 2010 USA Swimming Registration Form
- Registration Fee: $56.00
- Monthly Dues Paid (see prices below)
- Completed SMS Registration Form
- Signed SMS Code of Conduct Form

MONTHLY DUES:

- Bronze Group: $40 per month
Practices Tuesday - Friday 4:00 - 4:45

- Silver Group: $50 per month
Practices Monday - Friday 4:45 - 6:00

- Gold Group: $60 per month
Practices Monday - Friday 4:45 - 6:30

* Additional savings for siblings and multiple children enrolled

Single day rate is $5 per day
