- 2006 USA Swimming Registration Form
- Registration Fee: $53.00
- Monthly Dues Paid (see prices below)
- Completed SMS Registration Form
- Signed SMS Code of Conduct Form

MONTHLY DUES:

- Beginners: $40 per month
Practices Tuesday - Friday 4:00 - 4:45

- Intermediates: $50 per month
Practices Monday - Thursday 4:45 - 6:30

- Advanced: $60 per month
Practices Monday - Friday 4:45 - 6:30

* Additional savings for siblings and multiple children enrolled

Single day rate is $5 per day

Practices are held at the Kihei Aquatic Center
